Rates Schedule

Pauanui Beach House is a self-contained, sole occupancy property available for lease throughout the year. There is a 3 day minimum for all visitors.

Seasonally Adjusted Rates (per day) March 2007 – 30 September 2008 = $1500.00 + GST

1 October – 31 March 2009 = $2000.00 + GST

Terms and Conditions

Rates exclude GST and are applicable for up to 12 guests.

Minimum stay 3 nights. Children are welcome

Check in 4pm Check out 12 noon.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservations with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required immediately if the reservation is made within one month of arrival. The property is non smoking. Any loss or damage will incur additional charges to remedy. Cancellation policy is 25% if cancellation within 60 days. 100% if cancellation is within 30 days
